There are 2 parking lots, all of which are free of charge, located at the front of the hotel next to the entrance. At the main entrance you will also find our disabled spaces.
We also have 6 electric car chargers, type 2 - 11 kw.

After you have finished charging, we ask you to move the car.
For every minute you stand over and do not charge, a fee of 0.5 SEK/minute is charged.
This is so that everyone gets a chance to recharge.
The hotel is well adapted for guests with special needs and we are continuously working to facilitate accessibility.
All floors are accessible by elevator, and we offer three fully wheelchair accessible rooms. In addition, there are two mini-suites with a larger floor plan, spacious bathrooms without shower walls, adapted sink and toilet, and beds that can be separated. The bed legs are 18 cm high, which makes it possible to use your own lifting equipment if necessary. Disabled parking is available directly outside the main entrance for easy access.
For public areas, there are three adapted toilets: two by the spa area and one in the lobby. The spa area has several pools – the large indoor and outdoor pool as well as the cold pool are equipped with ladders, while the other pools are reached via a few steps. There are rubber mats around the outdoor pools to reduce the risk of slipping.
The sauna facilities include three smaller saunas and one larger indoor sauna, all without thresholds, making them easily accessible even for wheelchair users.

Cancellations up to a maximum of 4 rooms must be made no later than 2 days before arrival (no later than 3:00 PM), the same applies to online bookings, but then a cancellation fee of SEK 100 will be charged. For groups/conferences over 5 rooms, specific group and conference rules apply, which are included in your confirmation.
We are members of VISITA and follow their recommendations to some extent.

We do our best to accommodate all guests' needs and dietary preferences. If you have a food allergy and would like to ensure that the hotel can provide food that will work for you, it is best to contact the hotel in advance. We may need to prepare special ingredients or the kitchen may not be able to safely prepare food that suits a particular food allergy or diet.
Additional costs may apply for special diets.
The hotel's breakfast buffet usually has several lactose- and gluten-free options for those who wish to do so.
