Combine hiking and beautiful nature experiences with a professional and enjoyable conference content. The day is shaped based on the purpose and goals of your conference - and then topped off with fantastic nature and delicious food experiences here at Hotell Havsbaden.
When you are organizing a conference, a meeting or a wonderful day for your employees or management team, we offer a unique approach. The concept is based on research on the interaction of the brain and body and means that your conference theme is intertwined with hiking, neuroleadership and experiential exercises - something that results in increased presence, energy and engagement.
The hiking conferences start and end here at Hotell Havsbaden. We will of course also ensure that you get good food and coffee during the day. The experienced consultants at Syresatta Möten, Nina Lindblom and Mona Cewenhielm, create the content in close collaboration with you. Part of the conference can be held indoors if necessary or if the weather is against us.
Suitable for what?
All oxygenated meetings have elements of nature, hiking and relationship building. This is woven together with your purpose for the conference, e.g. business planning, group development, leadership development, communication, sustainability focus, idea and vision, change work, etc. Build your group, work with strategy and business development in motion.
For whom?
With Nina's and Mona's combined experience and expertise (see CV), we can offer professional content in most areas that you as a group and business leader may face. They have extensive experience from both the public and private sectors, and from many industries.
Group size is often 8-36 people, but we can also arrange for larger groups.
Hiking conferences are best done over a full day, but they can also be held in a half-day format.

What determines the price is the group size, the route layout and your wishes regarding, for example, the workshop and content.

Nina Lindblom
I have a background as a consultant in communications, marketing and sustainability, with extensive experience as an Art Director and project manager in the advertising industry.
In the area of sustainability, I have worked with sustainable urban development, sustainable tourism and personal sustainability at the individual and organizational level for better well-being and results.
I hold workshops in idea generation and creative processes - something that is always fruitful in development processes. Trained hiking guide and yoga instructor.
I am a genuine outdoorsman who is fascinated by the encounter between people.
I live near the sea in beautiful Roslagen. The unimagined opportunities nature gives us have inspired me to develop the meeting concept Oxygenated Meetings.

Meet
Mona Cewenhielm
I have a background as a management consultant, project manager, employee and manager. I specialize in leadership and team development, change management and continuous improvement.
Some specific topics I have with me are: neuroleadership, collective intelligence, and Lean.
I am an experienced workshop leader and trainer who loves to create creative and subtle ways to bring out the best in groups.
I live in the middle of Roslagen on a small farm where we have sheep and border collies. Life consists of a wonderful mix of animal husbandry, farming, painting and hiking in the forest and fields.
