We at Hotell Havsbaden are now looking for a dedicated night receptionist to join our lovely team.
About the service
As a night receptionist, you are the face of the hotel during the night. You welcome guests who arrive late, make them feel welcome and take care of administrative tasks that lay the foundation for a smooth start to the next day.
The work involves a great deal of independence and responsibility. You are responsible for check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, simple cleaning and preparation work, and ensuring that the hotel is safe at night.
You also have an important role in fire and safety procedures – and yes, it's an advantage if you're not afraid of ghosts.
Working hours: The position involves a clear schedule where you work seven nights in a row followed by seven days off. This gives you both structure and generous recovery time between shifts.
We are looking for you as
Have experience in reception work, preferably in a hotel
Is confident in working independently and making decisions
Has an eye for service and detail
Communicates fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Have good knowledge of English
It is an advantage if you have experience of night work or similar service in the hotel industry.

Are you a service-oriented and positive person who wants to be part of our team? We at Hotell Havsbaden are now looking for a receptionist.
About the service
As a receptionist, you are one of the hotel's most important external faces.
Your main duties include:
- Welcome and assist guests
- Manage bookings, emails and phone calls
- Provide first-class service and ensure a pleasant stay for our guests
We are looking for someone who has experience in reception work, preferably in the hotel industry, and who is passionate about the service profession. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have good knowledge of English.
The work shifts vary between day and evening, both weekdays and weekends. If you also have experience in night reception and can work nights when needed, that is a big plus.
We value a cheerful disposition, a solution-oriented attitude and a willingness to always go the extra mile for our guests.
Qualifications
Claim:
- B driving license (due to working hours between 07:00-22:30 when public transport is not suitable)
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
